Dad was responsible for for family home evening Monday night. He had seen a great craft idea, and wanted to try it. He purchased plain Christmas balls, sharpies, and stickers.
We spent the evening decorating, eating home baked cookies and hot chocolate.
We can't wait to see our tree decorated with our new personalized decorations!
Our elf on the shelf, Jane, isn't feeling very well. Yesterday she was accidentally sat on. Because she was touched by a person, she lost her magic. She managed to escape to the north pole and stayed most of yesterday recovering. She returned at some point last night, and dragged Nicole's dollhouse bed to a quiet place to relax and put off her sleeping mask. We hope she will be her normal self tonight.
Mom came home from work to find Kenny in the driveway shoveling. He was worried she wouldn't be able to get the van in, so he decided to do something about it.
There was no snow yesterday, everything you see came down in the last 6 hours. More is expected tonight and tomorrow.
Kenny did a great job!
