Daddy is Home

Daddy made it home late last night. We woke up this morning to find him home at last. We had breakfast, then started on our way to Lethbridge to by food.
Mommy and Daddy took us to lots of stores, but we also bought lots of food.

We also went to Home Depot. We bought all the wood we need for Daddy to build us beds. He will make all us girls loft beds, and then Mommy will make curtains to make little places inside just for us. We even get to choose the colour we want it painted.

Hopefully next weekend daddy will be able to make them for us. We can't start this weekend because the wood doesn't fit in our van to bring it home, and the store will deliver it on Tuesday to our driveway.

Our new Loft beds will give us each our OWN bed, our OWN space under our bed, our OWN dresser, and we will even get our OWN lamps. Its almost like having our OWN ROOMS, the size of a bed!

Homeschooling Starts Again

As all our visitors are gone, we have decided to home school to fill our time.

Kenny and Adrian found a large number of cylinders in the kitchen cupboard. They coloured pictures, then built a huge cylinder tower.
Homeschooling Table is full of everything. But everyone is working and having fun!
Courtney had read a book called "the house of 30 cats'. She is drawing a picture of what a house would look like with thirty cats in and around it.
Sarah is illustrating a story about a dog. She is still working on getting all her ideas down.

I just love to see everyone learning!

Fishing Surprises

Mom loves biology and some things that other people might find gross. This is a fresh Pike that Gramps caught and accidentally killed. So he brought it home to Mommy, to eat. Gramps started to cut up the fish and get it ready for cooking, when inside he found THIS! There was not guessing involved for us! It was obvious. So much, that Mommy called everyone to get up from their beds and come see it! It was something she had never seen before and didn't want any of us kids to miss it.

Can you guess what the last thing this fish ate for dinner was?? It is sitting beside the knife, just out side of the fish. Can Anyone tell??
