
It was really good! Its creamy and stays thick. I loved it! No crazy ingredients (Skim milk, and culture)
I've made my own yogurt in the past, so I thought I better Google this and see how it is made differently. It is sooo easy! This will now be made more often in my house too!
If anyone wants to learn how to make yogurt, I'll gladly help! But this Greek yogurt, you let sit out longer (at 110 degrees for 8-11 hours,(instead of 5-8hours) and then drain the liquid... that is it. I can do that!
I'm very excited! I can't wait to try this more often!

I have some recipes that call for it in a home made sandwich dressing, i've bought it only once.
I've never made it, but we eat it here - I have a recipe to add dill, chillies, lemon juice and garlic to make a yummy topping for a baked potato.... :)
