Adventures at our House

We have been busy the past week or so. We have been homeschooling, and adapting to our new schedule.

Daddy is still in Calgary all week. He leaves Tuesday around 11:00Am and is home sometime Friday night. He is working nights (because the kids are in school now) and loves it. He gets to sleep in and stay up late! What can be better! Rumor says that only one month left then the job will be completely finished.

Sarah is completely homeshooled this year. She is doing well, and is excited to join a 4H club in lethbridge that works with dogs. (Sarah's passion!) She is reading all the time, and loves to take care of her digital tamaigotchi.

Courtney is also homeschooling. She loves cooking, and rocks. She will be going to a art group, and a language group, as part of homeschooling. She is always full of ideas, and loves the chance to sit down and chat with Mom or Dad for hours if she could.

Nicole is starting Horse riding today. She loves horses, and today we will learn if that is horses only in books, and far fields, or up close and personal. She has her own new boots for riding, and is counting down the hours to her lesson.

Kenny is growing. He loves to play and wrestle with his brother, and loves to help in the kitchen. He is starting to learn a few of his letters, but mommy is not pushing him. He will learn when he is ready.

Adrain is also getting big. He loves hugs, and cuddles. He is talking in full sentances, and is comunicating very well. He has a wonderful imagination, and often plays with the girls. Sometimes it is cars, othertimes it is cats and dogs.

Mommy has spent the last two days in bed. She went to the hospital to get fixed, or broken depending on how you look at it. Her tummy is very sore, and she is always asking us to bring her pillows, water, or let the dog in from outside. She is so glad that she has so much help and that Daddy is home until Tuesday.

Hopefully daddy will remember the camera and will take pictures of the horse riding lesson today, but we will let you know how her lesson went
