Princess Camp for "Girl Guides"

The girls just received their papers and are so excited! The end of this month is a Girl Guide Princess Camp! Sarah, Courtney and Mommy will be going to spend the night in the senior Center Building. We will be crafting, eating, and sleeping princess. We will even be making our own costumes! They are so excited.!!

Daddy, will spend the evening and night with just Nicole and Kenny. Daddy is a little worried on how the night will be when Kenny awakes for his midnight snack. Hopefully he will be content with a cup of milk instead!

Good Luck Daddy! Your going to need it!!!

We have now come home from Girls camp! Everything was just fine! We all had so much fun!
Here is a picture of all the girls who came to camp. Courtney is on the bottom row, third from the right. Sarah is fourth from the left, standing in front of the queen.

We crafted, played, and ate. It was GREAT!

Thanksgiving Family Dinner

For Thanksgiving Sunday, our family went to Grandpa and Nana Moores House. It was a full table! Great-Grandma Moore was there, and Auntie Mandy, Uncle James, Nana and Grandpa (of Course), and then all of us. For a total of 11 People!

We ate turkey, cranberries, dressing, potatoes and vegetables. It was delicious! We also had homemade pumpkin pie Auntie Mandy made! Of Course mommy brought a very rich Chocolate Torte, and Apple Crisp. It was great to be together!

Holiday Monday we spent outside picking from the garden. We dug up tons of carrots, (to dehydrate), beets (to pickle), and potatoes ( to eat!). Next year we are going to build a fence around the garden to keep the dog out. She loved digging up the beets too!

It was great to do the family thing! I hope all of you enjoyed your thanksgiving too!

Playing in the Leaves!

Sarah and Courtney spend some time buried in a huge piles of leaves on Thanksgiving Monday. The temperature was 15 degrees, and felt wonderful. We worked hard as a family pulling up our potato's, carrots, and beets. Now we are having lots of fun! Thanks for raking up the pile Auntie Mandy! Posted by Picasa

Busy Busy Starting Again!

We have started back into our school year. It has been a very busy month. We are again homeschooling, and attending lots of activities!

Sarah is in grade two this year. She is doing well, and is very involved! She has Brownies on Mondays, Highland Dance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays is Library, Thursday is Sign Language class, and Saturdays is Piano lessons! Only Friday is empty, and mommy wants to keep it that way!

Courtney is in kindergarten this year. She is also doing well, and can already read and count very high! She is in Sparks on Monday nights, Library Wednesdays, and Sign class on Thursdays. She has a great memory for Sign Languge and knows MORE THEN 102 words!

Nicole also goes to Library and Sign with us. She is helping mommy teach Courtney her letters, and is loving to play with the dog! She now has glasses too!

Kenny is just over one and running everywhere! He doesn't have much to say, but I'm sure that will come in time. He does Sign "More" & "Food" and we are working on thirsty and clean.

Daddy is busy working lots. He is busy, but trying to get home with the family. He likes to play Airsoft in the dark, and is thinking of putting his garage to some use.

Mommy is trying to get back into the Pampered Chef. She is also working on becoming an official "Brownie Owl" (Leader). She has loved Sign class and is always trying to teach it to Daddy!

We are getting busy, but we are all happy (most of the time)!

We are fencing in the yard for a reason. Our newest addition is the family. Meet Missy! She is about 4 1/2 Months, she is already house trained and was in need of a new home. Her previous family had to find her a new home, to make room for their new Hearing Dog! Posted by Picasa

We are cleaning out the yard. And building gates to completely fence in the yard. Daddy is packing all the branches into the trailer to take to the dump. This is the fifth load today! Posted by Picasa
